What's
up with all the different vitamins available today? When I go down the isle at
the local pharmacy I see rows and rows of vitamins of every sort and brand.
There must be twenty different brands of multiple vitamins alone. Then there are
scores of other supplements designed for specific applications. What do they do?

It is easy to
get information overload when considering which vitamins, minerals, and
